Update @Kempenhaeghe 2017

Over the past decades this symposium has become a major international scientific event in the Low Countries. During state-of-art main sessions, workshops and parallel sessions, recent progress in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy, sleep disorders and cognitive dysfunction will be discussed.

A distinguished national and international faculty guarantees a high quality of presentations and content covering best clinical practice, results of the latest scientific research and illustrative cases.

We warmly invite you to the 19th annual international clinical symposium on 24 March 2017!
(Please note a fine of €5,- when not attending without unsubscribing.)

Thanks to Stijn!

This morning we surprised Stijn van Himste with a little present. Stijn created our Eir logo and did a great job. Thank you, Stijn!

Ready for the Kempenhaeghe Symposium

Friday we will go to the Kempenhaeghe Symposium with a group of 10 students. Our day starts at 8:39 at the central train station in Eindhoven. Hereafter, we will go to Heeze where the symposium kicks off with ‘Neurocognition’ by dr. Jos Hendriksen and dr. Sylvia Klinkenberg. Then, we will have an amazing lunch @Heeze Castle. After the lunch we will go to a lecture about Epilepsy: ‘Clinical demand versus technological offer: Are you being served?’ by prof. dr. Johan Arends and dr. ir. Rob Mestrom.

Coming soon: Photos and a review! Stay tuned.

Introduction Drink

As some of you may already know, Eir is the new Care & Cure committee of Thor. Our plans are to organize activities for students interested in the Care & Cure direction and to act as link between students and the department. This introduction drink is to present Eir to you and to show you some of our plans. Also, it’s for us to get an idea of how many students are really interested in Eir.

So, are you interested in Care & Cure and would you like to know what we have to offer to you, be there!
